Job Description: Captain Christiaan needed new custom bow cushions, mesh storage compartments for the port/starboard sides, a full dingy cover and additional cushions for the bridge. The 62’ Lagoon was newly built in 2019. We had to source the unique European style fabric made from Sunbrella for the cushions. The challenging part was incorporating the curve and bevel on the bow to have a perfect fit for the cushions. We utilized EZI dry foam for fast drying time along with firm foam on the bottom layer and a softer top layer for comfortable cushions. The dingy cover was patterned initially with our canvex material and then transferred to our Sunbrella Cadet Gray fabric along with Tenara high quality thread.

I use Marty’s Bag Works for all of my business’ logo work. I have had patches made and shirts embroidered.
